  • Just threw up at work

It had the distinct taste of bouillabaisse and daiquiris. Should I go home?

    Sure, why not?

I have a busy day ahead of me and I think I only threw up because I took some vitamins on an empty stomach.

Stuff like this is why it is always impotant to keep a daily log of everything that goes into and out of your body and all the ways in which your routines have been changed lately. I bet if you go back you will find you did something different and thats what led to this.

I'd be amazed if anything leaves your body at all if you're that anally retentive.

You keep a log of what you eat?!

You're right, that sounds very impotent.

I keep a log on everything I eat, when I get up in the morning, when my neighbors leave for work and a bunch of other stuff. The records are stored on computer and on papers in multiple locations. I know that's a little more than what most people do, haha. Most people only keep track of their diet or dreams or stuff, but there are so many variables that need to be kept tracked of if you sit down and think about it.

Haha, well that's why I keep multiple, independent logs. So it would be difficult for someone to tamper with all of them. And it's kind of silly that my neighbor leaving early would cause me to have the flu. I monitor them to make sure none of them are eavesdropping, or in case any have commited criminal acts, or if something has happened to them. I mean, if they stay home sick with the flu, then it might be related to my flu. But no, I check up on dew points, temperature, and information the CDC publishes on flu prevalance for that kind of thing.

Well I think it was Sun Tzu who said the best defense is a good offense so really it makes sense to be proactive with this kind of thing.

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me, haha.
