That's the type that get's diagnosed. The functioning type never goes to a psycologist.

Anyway, if a person shows all the tendencies of being a psychopath except they have normal impulse control they are a psychopath for the purposes of what we are discussing.

First, Hitler evidentally had a problem with impulse control. He wouldn't even listen to the advice of his generals. But I'm not aware that Stalin had a problem with impulse control. But what you've shown shouldn't exclude Stalin as a psychopath.

Because god is a sadist who enjoys creating people just to torture them. Either that or god is a complete figment of our imagination. I'm leaning towards the later.
