I'm talking about psychopathy, the psychological disorder. You'll have to find somewhere else to use the twisted libertarian definition.

Technically it's not a disorder as defined by the DSM. It's presently referred to as antisocial personality disorder, but that will probably change again when DSM-V comes out, with psychopathy included as a subset of APD. According to Wikipedia, anyway. There's still a lot we don't understand about them, really.

Oh, and for crying out loud, NO, psychopaths do not believe in ethical systems. They're characterized by a glib, impulsive demeanor, a lack of thought for the consequences of their actions, a fondness for lying and manipulation, and a complete absence of remorse after the fact whatever they do. That's what makes them so troublesome. The most accurate depiction of psychopathy/APD I can think of is Angelina Jolie's performance in Girl, Interrupted.

I don't know, there is a decent amount of discussion of the position that utilitarians are more psychopathic than the rest of the population.

Yeah there's nothing preventing a psychopath from claiming beliefs in any beliefs system, but yeah, they don't really have morals, as normal people do. Btw I think we're talking about 10 percent of people.

Try one percent. If ten percent of the population were genuinely psychopathic (as opposed to having a nonzero score on a scale of psychopathic personality traits, there is a difference), society would pretty well cease to function.
