        Bear in mind, it was the same situation in many ways as now. Not knowing who is the enemy. Suicide bombers.
        Ah, Befehl ist Befehl, I see... And I don't know if you saw the photo's that where published in Life Magazine at the time but there were no suicide bombers in that ditch. Just dead women and children (or dead gooks as some people called them at the time.)

        And notifying the next of kin
