Healthcare should be free for citizens. Education should be free for citizens. If they ever used that money to handle the health associated issues instead of using it to pay for general stuff.It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

I think Tobacco and Alcohol duty make up about 3% of our total tax revenue.
Smoking costs £5bn to NHS and raises £7.6bn in revenue.
Alcohol costs £3bn in health costs (not including policing, social problems) and raises £8.6bn
