The CIA ran a fake vaccination programme in the Pakistani town of Abbottabad to try to get a DNA sample from the family of Osama Bin Laden, media reports say.

We have regular scares here about the increased cost of the NHS but looking at this graph it seems that things in the UK are not necessarily so bad.

I am in favor of that as well.

Taxes on pot, alcohol, and tobacco should all be quite high.

Taxes on alcohol and tobacco are already quite high enough here, thanks. Certainly high enough to cover any associated healthcare costs.

Healthcare should be free for citizens. Education should be free for citizens. Cigarettes and etc that cause ailments should be taxed heavily.

If they ever used that money to handle the health associated issues instead of using it to pay for general stuff.

It all comes into the central pot, a big chunk of which goes to the NHS, so it does pay for the health issues (and as a bonus, pays for lots of other health issues too).
