Now, you have to consider the population. A 20-year old girl who is average for her age will be much more attractive when compared to the general population which is much older.

That, and even supposing I were to accept your scale, you seriously overestimate the looks of the general population, even among fe-males. Believe it or not, Nicki Minaj was brought up on this forum a few weeks ago for some reason and I did say I wasn't sure if it's just make-up, photoshop, and lighting... I'll concede she may not have had facial changes done... but her eyes do look different and her general facial structure looks different. She was more 'jaw-heavy', I guess, before. Her lower face was more prominent than it is now. However, I don't know what sort of cosmetic surgery could ever do that.

Her ass is probably fake. Her breasts may not be, judging from her old pictures/videos.

Part of the problem is that Harajuku stuff which makes her look really fake. I'd have to see just what makeup alone is capable of producing among other people in that sort of community, but I'd concede the possibility.

I understand what you're saying about cosmetic surgery but I think with Nicki it's too hard to tell. Hers is more subtle and really could be makeup. Her eyes are slightly slanted in the before pics. Make up could do the rest. Lots of women change their whole appearance with makeup. Another feature that could change her features is working out, eating right. The other thing about Nicki Minaj is just by listening to her you can tell she can really rap. I think that based on her original looks and her rap skills she would blow up regardless of plastic surgery.
Lil Kim also hit it big before succumbing to the knife. Besides Money, Power, Respect and the Quiet Storm her best songs were with Junior Mafia and her first album. That was before plastic surgery.

Also, Nicki isn't completely Black. She's Indian (as in India) and Trinidadian, according to wikipedia. I googled her unusual last name (Maraj), and there's a few famous Indian-Trinidadians with that name. Her exotic ancestry probably contributed to a 'different' look that looks a little fake.
