I don't see a problem with mandatory organ donation for all deceased if they're fit and fresh enough. They're dead, they don't care. And if they're not dead of old age, they're still, what's the word, obducted? No one is going to notice they've got a kidney missing.

They should take his organs. Even if they think something like "Well he probly did many drugs, theyre unhealthy organs".. Then give it to someone who wouldn't normally be able to qualify for the donor list.

I'm a doctor and I've seen many good people die because they can't qualify for the donor list or they can't get an organ in time. It's beyond stupid denying this man's request when he can save a life.

              What?
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I was thinking CO poisoning then harvest the organs. Lot better to put them under with anesthesia then harvest all the organs.

screening for HIV and Hepatitis would be mandatory.

Harvest before execution? I agree that the execution should come first. I'm not THAT vindictive.

And yes, naturally. Just like any donor's organs are screened.

Even tho it sounds like a good idea, there is a odd feeling about harvesting organs from the condemned.

I don't think the organs should be taken by force, like some have said. I think a willing donation is fine.

You can kill someone by force, but you can't take their organs? If someone deserves their body why are they being killed? That kind of deprives them of the ability to use it.

That's a stupid comparison. They're paying with their life because of a penalty they knew existed. I suppose a law could be written that stipulated that organs were forfeited, but I don't see it happening.
