But it's not an account, it's a debt. Which means, if Pokerstars goes belly up, you can kiss your money byebye.

If anyone had bothered to read the article, a representative of Poker Stars speaks of player's money being totally separate than funds which run Poker Stars. Not a debt, a separate account.
It also says, and I quoted it, that it may take some time, as in weeks.
Finally, I'm not faulting the game sites, I'm faulting the interference by government authorities.
