I've gotten into multiple fist-fights just at my jobs with employees.
BTW I have never even seen anyone fighting at work.

It is completely unacceptable to hit a woman with your fist closed, but a strong slap (with all the weight of your body and great hand acceleration) that throws her to the floor and leaves her dizzy and calmed is acceptable in cases of female aggresion or female hysteria.I need a foot massageComment

I wouldn't say it is acceptable to hit back but probably it is acceptable to restrain if she really just keeps hitting you and won't listen to requests to stop.
