    Thatcher ended free school milk. This was actually a blessing to kids, as the dairies would frequently deliver rancid old milk that tasted foul.

    I suppose this recollection says more about the dairies than Thatcher-the-milk-snatcher but still...

          Don't feel too down, Fake Boris. Toronto regularly asks the army to come to their city whenever they get a little snow.
