Could you please explain the logic behind this ? I mean, you're right, they couldn't kick out the jews, but the Vietnamese did kick out the yanks, so there is precedence for doing that again.

Yeah, they kicked us out...after decades of bloody war that cost them a significant fraction of their population. I think they might be a little reluctant to take that kind of pain for somebody else's country.
