            I lived in Vancouver for 13 years (on and off) but after living here I'd never move back again.
            We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

              They probably had a cut-off population size they would consider. I can think of several smaller Cdn cities that would easily outrank Toronto in any sane person's mind.
