No, no, no. ACTORS forfeit their rights as humans when they go all whingy. Rappers never had rights to begin with. The fact that they rap only exposes their preexisting subhuman nature, which caused them to rap in the first place. Kind of like coming out as gay, only gays have generally made positive contributions to the arts. This may seem like a minor distinction, but on matters of human rights the little things are vital.

I am using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a basis for the definition of human rights, specifically Articles 2, 3, and 6, which declare that all persons are "entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status" (Article 2) and that these rights include "the right to life, liberty, and the security of person" (Article 3) and "recognition everywhere as a person before the law" (Article 6).

Your claim appears to be that these rights may be abridged due to both 'opinion', which is protected, and some inherent property associated with a specific profession. It should be noted that abridgment of one's rights due to one's profession is never explicitly protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, although your insistence on an inherent property which corresponds to the profession would likely be included under "other status".

Please define 'whinginess' and explain how and why your perceptions of 'whinginess' are sufficient cause in your mind to categorically deny the human rights of individuals? Do you believe that what you perceive as whinginess is not included as "political or other opinion" protected by the UDHR?

Man there are way more important conpiracies out there. Why are you focusing on this? Don't you understand that the government has been running tests on humans for decades? Giving people diseases, locking people up, doing genetic engineering. WHy are you worried that maybe some LAPD guys killed a rapper?

Rap kills off so many brain cells that its victims reach a point where they're basically vegetables. So I don't see how the UN Declaration of Human Rights applies.

Again, you have no evidence for your assertion. The idea that sounds at reasonable decibel levels can have a biological effect like some sort of 'Music Therapy' in reverse is pseudo-scientific wackery. Find me one physician or scientific source that indicates that rap music has any biological effect on a human, let alone reducing them to 'basically vegetables'.

Really? And you think you're intelligent? Why don't you get laughed at and mocked everyday here, I don't know. You spew out the stupidest **** I've ever read.

Here's some datapoints for your dumbass.... meet some rappers with degrees from Harvard and UPenn.

At the age of 14, Leslie scored a 1600 on his SATs—a perfect score—while attending Bear Creek High School, in Stockton,California.[3] In 1993, he applied to four University of California campuses as well as Stanford, Yale and Harvard. In his application essays he explained his interest in matriculating from his junior year in high school without having earned a diploma. He was accepted to all except Yale. He ultimately decided to attend Harvard College.[2] At the age of 19, Leslie graduated from Harvard with a degree in Government, concentrating in Political Science and Macroeconomics.[4] During his commencement ceremonies, Ryan delivered the prestigious Harvard Oration.[5]
                  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naledge
The son of mental health experts, Dr. Robert Evans and Dr. Helen Evans, Naledge displayed lyrical ability at an early age and by fourteen he had become a member of a local Chicago-based rap group called FFC (Famous From the Chi). In addition to his early musical accomplishments, he demonstrated an interest in academics, writing and publishing a book entitled “The Straight Jab” at the age of 16.[1] Upon his graduation from Luther South High School, he attended the University of Pennsylvania... While attending college he met fellow classmate Michael Aguilar, a hip-hop producer now known as Double-O. The two began working together and formed the hip-hop group Kidz in the Hall.[2]
Ryan Leslie ****ing graduated from Harvard at 19! I don't think being a rapper affected his brain at all.

Because most of the posters here are not dumb enough to think I'm saying rap literally kills brain cells? You need to lay off the rap 'music'.

He isn't really a marine. Maybe that's why he's always acting angry and frustrated.
