I am using the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a basis for the definition of human rights, specifically Articles 2, 3, and 6, which declare that all persons are "entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status" (Article 2) and that these rights include "the right to life, liberty, and the security of person" (Article 3) and "recognition everywhere as a person before the law" (Article 6).

Your claim appears to be that these rights may be abridged due to both 'opinion', which is protected, and some inherent property associated with a specific profession. It should be noted that abridgment of one's rights due to one's profession is never explicitly protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, although your insistence on an inherent property which corresponds to the profession would likely be included under "other status".

Again, you have no evidence for your assertion. The idea that sounds at reasonable decibel levels can have a biological effect like some sort of 'Music Therapy' in reverse is pseudo-scientific wackery. Find me one physician or scientific source that indicates that rap music has any biological effect on a human, let alone reducing them to 'basically vegetables'.
