A state is an aggregate of specific interests.
The idea that a specific interest can't end up undermining another one through the government is wholly retarded.
There was never any debate here. Just the worthless ramblings of a kid who can't imagine what life would be like with less than $100k/year, and a libertarian. In Soviet Russia, Fake borises YOU.

Voters reject pro-union candidate for Court set to hear legal case stemming from Walker's new law:
In a victory for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, an official tally for a hotly contested Supreme Court election confirmed Friday that incumbent David Prosser defeated his Democratic-backed challenger by 7,316 votes.
The slim margin, out of nearly 1.5 million ballots cast, prompted challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg's campaign to say they may ask for a recount. They have until Wednesday to decide.
"We will review the information available to us and carefully weigh the options," the campaign said in a statement.
The April 5 poll became a referendum on Mr. Walker, a first-term Republican, after he championed a bill that would curtail collective bargaining rights for public employee unions. Mr. Prosser, a former Republican legislator, was expected to win easily until tens of thousand of Democrats converged on Madison to protest Mr. Walker and buoy Ms. Kloppenburg's campaign. Mr. Walker signed the bill but it is now held up in court and has not been enacted.
On Friday Mr. Prosser's campaign declared victory.
"Today, the will of the electorate is clear, with the last canvas now completed, and Justice David Prosser re-elected to another 10-year term to the Supreme Court."
The race, which was publicly financed and technically non-partisan, drew more than $4.5 million in outside support. Democrats hoped that a victory by Ms. Kloppenburg would tip the balance of power on the conservative-leaning court.
Ms. Kloppenburg was leading by 204 votes and declared victory on April 6. The next day the Waukesha County clerk announced she had failed to save more than 14,000 votes on her computer. Those additional votes, from a conservative suburb of Milwaukee, gave Prosser an unofficial 7,500-vote lead and pushed him over top.
The official count on Friday came from a canvas of the state's 72 counties.
Democrats have asked state and federal authorities to investigate Waukesha Clerk Kathy Nickolaus in connection with the error as well as alleged irregularities in the 2006 election.
Ms. Nickolaus, who worked for Mr. Prosser as a member of the Assembly Republican caucus in the mid-1990s, has said she made an honest mistake and has refused requests by Democrats that she step down.I make no bones about my moral support for [terrorist] organizations. - chegitz guevara
