What is KH's post requirement before he lays into newbies?

Your thesis is that "The Government" is sitting on a fusion reactor or something and not licensing the **** out of it in order to make beaucoup money.

Eh, this isn't unusual. Learning Disabilities and the Mental Capacity Act are fairly straightforward once you understand what they do.
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.

I know dumb people are generally happier than smart people but I still feel sorry for this guy. He was obviously enjoying himself!

Well it's not like people knew about the Manhattan Project before Hiroshima

How is number 2 relevant? Fusion power has been mentioned in science fiction since forever.

Though maybe fusion power isn't what this dude meant. I'm not sure why any of this is relevant to some ****** not being allowed to **** but maybe this poster Agent Sox didn't mean power literally as in energy but as the power that can be had with an assortment of advanced military technologies that are secret. DARPA has a bunch of things that are secret, obviously. Who knows what they have come up with or what's in development.

DARPA doesn't run secret programs in the sense that the rest of the DoD does. DARPA is all about "look at this. Look at this awesome **** we made. Isn't that awesome? IT IS AWESOME" and "Let's CROWDSOURCE the next army ground vehicle!" and "Let's use the FUTURES MARKET to predict terror attacks!"

(My brother works in the PAO over there. My entire immediate family are damn dirty DoD contractors/IC government employees)

The blueprints of some of their actual technical programs are, of course, sensitive material(you aren't even able to find actual photos of the Falcon Mach 6 vehicle, for example). But DARPA doesn't hide their stuff in the voluminous $50bil "black" budget. BY and large we know what DARPA is spending it's cash on.

I believe that the reason why the toilet seat cost $10,000 was because someone insisted that it be integrated into the fuselage of the P-3.

....I'm sure it's more than that. Crap, I'd say we probably can't account for LESS than that amount that we've spent in Iraq.
