Metioning sucking pig......it is getting hard to find veal parmesan in resturants today.
Its all chicken parmesan.

In most restaurants, if they have any other veal item on the menu, they'll make it for you if you ask, even if it's not on the menu.

Then El Escorial (the XVI century Spanish Golden Age Versailles)

And if you like Football you will want to see the Real Madrid Stadium, a match if it is possible
