      I would expect a self centred and arrogant personaility would act as more of an impediment to even entry level work than being over qualified would be

        I'm sure US cities have had smog alerts, where people with health conditions are urged to stay inside, etc.

        Toronto had those. ****ing ghetto.

          Used to be far more prevalent in the 70's. Air quality by every meaningful measure has dramatically improved in the US.

              The factory that burned down was less than 3 KM from my mother's house (where I was this past weekend). Fortunately, I was upwind, and could enjoy the afternoon in the pool

              It was a pretty impressive sight... There wasn't much wind initially, so the cloud just grew upwards at first... it got pretty massive.
