    In Regard To Pigs vs. Hogs

    I've seen a few references to feral pigs in Texas. We don't have a pig problem.
    There are a number of feral hogs. Big difference. See below.

    This is a pig.



    These are hogs.

    That last hog looks pretty damn happy... is it still alive?

      It's head is mounted on a wall. I wouldn't call it happy, though it may have been.

        I was about 10,11, 12 one of those ages?
        I was hunting small game.
        I had a brand new, single shot .410
        Meat was hard to come by even living on the farm.
        except chicken.
        (That why I hate fukcing chicken to this day.)
        Well, I saw one them monsters and had lil boy dreams of bring home the bacon, big game hunter, being the hero, mom's lil man.. ya know.

        I shot that damn thing and all I did was piss it off.
        It started snarling and chasing me.
        I drop my rifle, took off running ,screaming.
        That thing was fast!!!
        I was lucky there was a tree nearby I could climb up.
        Lost two squirrel and dropped my rifle in a big puddle of muddy water.
        Scared the sh!t out of me!!!!


        Yep, they got my respect!!

            It has been arbitrarily deemed that the US 2nd Amendment 'right to bear arms' doesn't include RPGs...

                      While they look like different critters they are exactly the same animal. Leave "Babe" the pig out in the woods for a good bit and he turns into "Babe the boar". It's a seemingly amazing tranformation.
                      We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

                        they will still look the same but a lot less fat.
