I don't know. The Republicans are obsessed with Iran though and they don't care that Pakistan already has nukes or that Iran is 10 times more stable then Pakistan. Talk of invading Iran is all over the right wing echo chamber so it's obvious they're trying to trump up a case against Iran just like they trumped up a case against Iraq.
