Silly boys! First off the virus is only good in the air or when air touches it for 24 hours. Clean your frickin grill with soap and water, run it for two cycles and your good. He's right above, the heat alone would kill any possible germs but as I said if it's been 24 hours and the grill has been open exposing the offending blood then your good.
