I cannot believe people still argue about that stupid case of the "lied that he was jewish" ruling, especially as a case sexual apartheid or what the **** ever.

Clearly people are still arguing about it because it is a blatantly racist ruling and helps to expose the apartheid principles that the Jewish state is built on.
I notice you didn't address my posts on the subject, so I assume you accept those particular examples as proof of Israel's racism?

The ruling has little to do with this being a JEWISH state, but whatever.
If you meeen the article you posted, the Jonathan Cook article is quite an exquisite piece of ****, btw:
Look at this stuff: A rant about zionazi busses:
His points:
A) WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ISRAEL PROPER, SO THIS IS GOING TO BE ABOUT HOW ISRAEL DISCRIMINATES CITIZENS BASED ON RACE INSIDE ISRAEL.(!!!!
B) Btw, here is a comparison between Israeli citizens and settlers, and their ****ing bus service. Settlers get better bus service than arabs, settlers are jews, ergo, israel treats its' arabs citizens worse than jews.
So we are back to comparing apples and oranges... Yes, settlers get a lot of perks over israeli citizens in Israel. This is well known. But this is done indscriminately. Plenty of little kibuztim and jewish towns don't get egged coverage.
What do they do? A) whine about it. B) Chip in to get a private bus service.
(I will give you a single guess, sorry)
Next....
Palestinian communities suffer from very high levels of unemployment, particularly among women, where the rates are among the worst in the world. Israeli Jews tend to take comfort in blaming a primitive and chauvinist Arab society for chaining their women to the kitchen sink.
Actually, Palestinian women in Israel generally have a better level of education than the men, and many are keen to work. The chief obstacle is that Palestinian citizens are largely excluded from what is effectively a Jewish economy. Men can usually find employment as casual workers on building sites and in agriculture. But most women do now want to engage in hard manual labour, and in any case their communities lack the state-subsidised creche and nursery facilities common in Jewish communities.
fascinating. Let us observe the facts, but segmenting the "population of palestinians in Israel" ( palestinian: an ethnicity? a nationality? quite the jewish question indeeed)
Arab Christians in Israel are probably the most educated ethnocultural groups in Israel, with some of the lowest birthrates, and some of the highest standards of living.
The few lucky women who still manage to find an office job, however, need to reach places that provide such employment which almost always means in a Jewish community. An integrated transport system would make that possible. For the past 62 years it has not existed and the new service looks like it will still do nothing to address this key problem.
A further reason a useful public transport system is so desperately needed in Palestinian communities is that, without it, Palestinians have to own a car to search for and keep their jobs. Why should that matter? Because owning a car automatically disqualifies a worker from receiving unemployment benefit if he or she loses their job or fails to find one. The law applies equally to all citizens but, given the lack of a proper bus service only in Palestinian communities, its effect is chiefly to harm Palestinian citizens.
A related, but little-known catch adds to the precariousness of welfare entitlements for Israels Palestinian workforce and again clearly discriminates against them compared to Israeli Jews.
Unemployment benefit is also not available to those who own their own home. Again, the ruling applies to Jewish and Palestinian citizens alike, so why call it discriminatory? Well, that is the beauty of Israels apartheid it looks so clean to the uninitiated.
In fact, as is well known, 93 per cent of the land in Israel has been nationalised for the benefit of the Jewish people. Apart from a tiny number of wealthy Jewish private land owners, Israeli Jews hold only long-term leases on their land and homes from the state. They therefore qualify for unemployment benefit.jewszionists, you will stop at nothing even not timetravelling and hypnotizing local warlords and governors.
But Palestinian citziens live on private land about 2.5 per cent of Israeli territory the state has not yet confiscated. Almost all Palestinian citizens own the land on which they have built their homes, often with their own labour. They are therefore denied unemployment benefit.
the argument literally goes: "Arabs own the property so they don't get unemployment"
hahahaha
The lack of proper bus services is one thread woven into a rich tapestry of discriminatory laws and practices designed to marginalise, weaken and exclude Israels 1.3 million Palestinian citizens. Unpicking them is a vital task.
QQ It takes truly the strongest type of detached latte 1st world POS liberal to write this -this is truly the funniest thing! I just had this talk with a guy in the town where my office is ( A JEWISH COMMUNITY UNREACHABLE BY ARAB BUSSES - but is reachable by a 5 minute walk) So he asks me whether he can open his second garage in Tel-Aviv, and how is the garage business in telaviv ( The guy is a TEMPORARY MANUAL business owner). And then he asks me how much I pay for rent in tel aviv.
He then told me that I could rent a house in his village for that money, and he couldn't really afford the living costs of being there and starting up the new shop. He also couldn't drive to tel-aviv each day, due to terrible traffic in that direction.
So, possible ways to describe this:
A)Reasonable: lack of proper transportation coverage due to years of neglect in investment in infrastructure explained by military over-spending, leads to a very steep real-estate price gradient.
B)A CABAL OF SHAPESHIFTING JEWS BAN ARABS FROM ENTERING CITY, GAS INTRUDERS.
So there you have it: If you want to grind your axe against Israel, go ahead. but if you want to look at how it really is, just be honest with yourselves.

A picturesque society in which highly educated women stay at home while idiot men roam around and do manual labor for money, you say.... hmmm

Arab Christians in Israel are probably the most educated ethnocultural groups in Israel, with some of the lowest birthrates, and some of the highest standards of living.
Actually the places where this would be possible would be a city, or an industrial area.
Gahahahahahaha. "The law applies equally to everyone, but because Israeli jews organize a grass-roots effort for a bus lane while "palestinians" are too busy trying to buy a better Mercedes to park near their delapidated building, so this is all jewish racism". You wanna know what I am talking about? take a pic of the house that Al's father owns, in Lebanon. This is pretty much the same here.
ooooh. scary!
The best part, This land was nationalized for the benefit of the jewish people centuries before zionism! It was a joint Mameluk-Ottoman effort to create a homeland for jews, so that they, being the sovereigns here, official confiscated the land! Ahh,jewszionists, you will stop at nothing even not timetravelling and hypnotizing local warlords and governors.

Learn how to read!
Your responses range from simply laughing at stuff to barely intelligible gibberish that hardly even addresses my points - certainly not effectively!
Were you drunk when you wrote that crude tirade?
So, the fact remains that after 62 years, there's not a single bus service to a single Palestinian community inside Israel.
So, the fact remains that: Not only is the state of Israel racist and apartheid - but so are you because of your terrible and uncaring attitude.
I noticed if Siro was so ashamed of these discriminatory policies that he couldn't even bring himself to defend them.

yeah i have to say az, if you wanted to argue with the points made in the jonthan cook article, you did a really poor job. it's just laughing, incoherent drivel and worthless anecdotes."The Christian way has not been tried and found wanting, it has been found to be hard and left untried" - GK Chesterton.

One of the judges said that, although the sex had been consensual, the woman involved "would not have consented if she had not believed Kushour was Jewish".
Even if we grant the most favorable interpretation of this episode; that in reality the man violently raped the woman, then agreed to a plea of "rape by deception" due to ethnic misrepresentation, we are left with the conclusion that in Israel THE JUDGES AGREE THAT IT IS CRIMINALLY PUNISHABLE TO REPRESENT YOURSELF AS JEWISH IN ORDER TO CONVINCE A JEWISH WOMAN TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU
Keep in mind the context in which the law applies - Kashour deceived the woman not only about being jewish, but also about being single, wealthy and interested in long term relationship. All of which was false. This convinced the woman to spend time alone with him, which lead to (unwanted?) sex.
The judge does not have a choice, given the current wording of the law. He has to protect the right of even a racist woman from being fooled into sleeping with someone she wouldn't have normally slept with.
I also think its a stupid law, and a stupid decision in this case. I think the judge shouldn't have allowed the deal, leaving ambiguity in the facts of the case, with both sides effectively claiming to be wronged.

That's not necessarily true at all.
Having read a lot about it, I think it isn't a racist ruling, but a stupid use of language by the judge, who acknowledged the right of a person to be biased in selecting his sex partners.
I can't rule out the possibility the judge shares that bias, but its important to correct the assumption that someone can be put in jail merely for being a minority.

It seems that people still want me to put effort in posts. I am afraid this is not going to happen, since I am celebrating my birthday.
