I'm not sure a guy who writes a maximum of 3 to 4 sentences in all his posts can talk about word count. Furthermore, you've shown absolutely nothing in terms of wit and skill in your posts. The very fact that you would place any sort of relevance whatsoever on a degree makes you suspect in the first place. As I've said before, degrees just make your studies official. I've also made it clear I thought my marketing degree was a joke. As far as starting salary goes, I really don't know given the current economic climate. I got the degree because it has more opportunity than a marketing degree, and because of the time involved to acquire it relative to the amount of information I was able to acquire. Fact is gribbler that you display a very unassertive posting style. Your use of the study indicates that you feel that since you are unassertive and do not display confidence in your abilities you are therefore competent. It was a very amusing study, and I was looking forward to ripping you apart. Too bad.

So basically it's the high ratio of calories to vitamins and minerals? I guess Drixnak's advice is good for fat people.

I don't fill my posts with unnecessary fluff.
Your degrees are examples of your poor judgment.
No, I think you would be better off if you listened to others. Asher most likely know what he's talking about when he says an IT security degree is not a good idea, but you apparently have tunnel vision like Alby.

Yes, and that's just the beginning. There's all kinds of antioxidants that vegetables have that grains don't. It's not just about vitamins and minerals vs total calories. Biologically, fruits and vegetables are just superior to grains in all areas. That's why you should get all of your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables only, even if you're taking in large amounts of calories.

Oh and Drixnak, if saturated fats are so bad for you, why is it that certain indigenous peoples like the Masai eat 5x the saturated fat that average Americans eat yet have no issues with obesity, heart disease, diabetes, etc.?
I suspect in time, criticism of saturated fat will go the way of criticism dietary cholesterol."Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi

Dietary fat and obesity isn't really the issue. Simple carbohydrates combined with fats is the obesity issue. The key word here is "indigenous." Until you account for possible genetic reasons why they can tolerate saturated fat better, then you can't really draw a conclusion. It's been proven beyond a doubt that saturated fats are unhealthy. I'm all for eating decent amounts of unsaturated fats. Fact is I can eat a diet of saturated fat and protein and have a very low body fat percentage, but that doesn't mean that the saturated fat is healthy. Also, you don't know what their total calorie count is, their total amount of saturated fat intake, what else they are eating in the presence of saturated fat, etc.
