Clearly, it has funding out the ass if it can have neuroscience labs and supercomputers and crap. It clearly has more money than other schools.

It operates on pretty much a shoestring budget. Most of the interesting equipment we have is very old stuff that local tech companies donated when they didn't need it anymore.
