I of course started as a beginner too, and I had my fair share of failures so I'm speaking from experience. The difference is that I'm constantly improving my methods to achieve my goals and I am constantly questioning them in order to perfect myself.
Okay. I don't know why you implied that I'm like Alby if you didn't intend to insult me. But good luck to you with your goal of lifting heavy objects and putting them down in the exact same location.

    • So all your research took you to the conclusion that you needed steroids? I'd like to see this research.

Sounds to me like you're a ***** who wanted the easy way out instead of hard work.

      • You haven't really explained why you're against steroids. I'm not competing, and I use it partially as a pain reliever since steroids bloat you and in so doing cause the disc in my back to expand. You of course also keep dodging the fact that as a natural I was far stronger than you are at a much smaller size. You should just accept your inferiority and move on with your life, or better yet, get over your self imposed ignorant morality and research better methods and means to achieving your goals. Obviously what you're doing right now isn't working, and you don't even have to use steroids to improve. Fact is you just don't know what the **** you're doing, which is why you'll probably never make it into the marines.

Actually it probably lead him to the conclusion that the benefits outweigh the costs. He doesn't "need" to be lifting weights in the first place.

            • Drixnak, seriously, what are you using steroids for? You're not trying to achieve any necessary physical goals? Are you doing it for TEH EPIC BICEPT PEEK? Nevermind the fact that you can reach point X without any supplementation if you work at it and give it time. Instead, you're lazy (like a socialist) and go straight for the quick-fix when it's not even close to being necessary.

Not really since there's no such thing as roid rage and any other type of behavior you may attempt to peg to me is unfounded as well.

Correct. I actually used to be anti-steroids as well until I did the research. Basically, I get to be pain free for 3 months, I get to improve my lifts considerably, I get to feel amazing, and I get to achieve my goals much faster. I get all of this for the cost of what? 150$ for a 1 year supply of testosterone including things like needles and beakers? You might try to point out health risks, but where is the data to support this? You may not know this, but the DEA, the AMA, and the FDA were all against making steroids illegal in the first place back in the 80s. The reason steroids are illegal is due to political reasons.

I would not recommend you do steroids though, Albi. You don't know enough about diet and training to use them, and to be honest, I'm afraid of the fact that you were even allowed to have a driver's license. Steroids aren't some magical drug where you inject it and suddenly you are huge. Doesn't work that way. If that were the case you'd see a bunch of body builders for baseball players, tennis players, runners, etc. They aren't big though are they? You're just plain ignorant Albi.

                  • *yawn*

Also, LOL at "physical goal". As long as my GF gets tired before I do, I can spend the rest of my time actually getting her tired. You know, physical fitness as a means, not an end.

Bloody ****ing 'grats. That'd be really useful and productive if we hadn't invented several hundred more efficient ways of doing it over the past 5000 years.

I was right. You take steroids for TEH EPIC BICEPT PEEK! Good job, Drixnak. Really productive.

You keep saying this but the reality is that you are functionally inferior. You are the biggest joke I have ever seen and you can't back up anything you say. You just dodge everything and then regurgitate your catch phrases like a moron. Why aren't you in the Marines again?

                              • I broke my ****ing legs. The PT wasn't even that hard for me. My biggest problem was the long-distance running. I'm a 22-minute 5Ker so I was clearly in the back of the pack on the longer runs, although when we ran them in boots, rifle, and gear, I did just fine (that's where added muscle mass is a plus). I'm a terrible distance runner and that's my new concentration with 5 months to go til application deadline.

I also have some muscular imbalances/flexibility issues from my hips downward. My lift leg has limited ROM for some bizarre reason and my back rounds when I do squats even without weight which may signify a hamstring/glute and quad imbalance. I think those areas may have increased my risk of injury and may be slowing me down on longer distances.
