Alby, you will never get anywhere in finance by claiming that it should be done by intuition.
If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

That's because human interactions are mathematical.

How can you use math to describe human interactions, if they are not mathematical?

Not by intuition but don't sleep on the growing academic interest in behavioral economics.

A picture can say a lot but does that mean a picture IS words? I don't understand what you're trying to say.

Well, since you want to separate math from econ, I don't think I can help you.

How can you use language to describe [whatever], if it's not language?

Humans don't think in quantifiable values. At least not really, not without a lot of training. A good example is if you ask people how probable a even is. You are going to hear a disproportionate number of estimates landing at 0-5%, 50% and 99-100%. We mostly think in very unlikely, maybe and certain.

Also looking at the way our brain handles simple things like counting should give you pause.

I'm not saying the human interactions are math. I'm just saying the we use a lot of math in our interactions. But this all brings us back to the point that math can be considered one of the most human endeavors in that we seek to apply it to everything we do and see. Math is our universal language.

And you have no idea what a human being is. Using a system of formalized rules that represents abstract generalizations of empirical experience or the implications of arbitrary sets of rules is not a very human thing. Yes nearly every civilization that has ever developed started some system of bookkeeping, practical geometry, arithmetic and eventually some more abstract concepts. But a few people in civilized lands =/= the most human endeavor.

Also I don't see how in the world you can disagree that say classical music isn't a brain hack for stimulating emotions.

God, you're pathetic. KH and Kuci barely deem you worthy of acknowledging most of the time. You should be thanking me for giving you the attention you so desperately crave.
