    Since the release of Civ V, the Civ V forums have more people viewing them than the OT does.

    That will likely change once the novelty wears off.

        Nah,more like a couple of days. "shiney new toys" are usually good for at least that.

          I'll get Civ V once all the patches are released and I hear that it's worth my time.

              I'll be waiting my usual extra year or two for the Mac port.
              Meanwhile, you guys can work on getting the bugs out.

                  I was visiting the Civ V forum to check on feedback coming in from other players, but I won't do that any longer! Don't want to inflate their numbers.

                        Probably not. I still haven't assembled my new PC (I bought all the parts) yet my old one plays it on direct X 9 and on low settings. I think I could bump up the settings to medium but I haven't tried it yet.

                          ...there's that, and also the monstrous system resources it requires - and I have more important things to do with my money at the moment than buy another system. I should be getting one relatively early next year though.
