Main problem is that people aren't banned anymore. Back in the good old days you could gain prestige by being banned, Now it's only the real nutcases that get that treatment.
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

I'm EyesOfNight. Other names you might know me by include TheDeathOfLight, StarlightDeath, PushyCarrot, QuickAcorn, and of course DriXnaK. There may even be more but I can't remember them all. I have been around since 1999 on the forums, but I became inactive over time. I had no real interest in Civ3 or Civ4 so I moved on to other things. I was better known when gameleague was still around.
