And I'll agree that priests are human just like the rest of us but since they are priests I think they should be held to a higher standard. And if they fail there, maybe they shouldn't be allowed to continue to be priests.

Yeah... his whole, since the church was persecuted in the past, priests aren't subject to local laws when raping little children is a classic.

"particular" scandal.... it wan't SINGULAR... it was MANY. And scandals keep surfacing in more and more countries.

But yeah, act like Ben and just shrug it off. Don't care about the many victims... keep ignoring that it was an instutional wide coverup... that the people that supposedly are acting on behalf of Jesus decided it was better to cover it up then actually stop the priests from raping more children.
