I think stewing is a different cooking technique to boiling, despite some similarities. So neither of them qualify.

Main difference is that with stewing the boiling liquor is part of the dish, you're deliberately flavouring the gravy. Boiling you're going to discard the cooking liquor afterwards.

Also not a type of boiling is poaching.
