Avatar was nothing more then an animated Dances with Wolves with an even higher cheese factor. It was rather boring.

The story was cheesy and predictable but it was a great cinematic experience.

Certainly no worse in story etc. than any other Hollywood blockbuster, not sure why anyone expected it to be much better.

That movie sucked. A silly, trite plot burdened with obnoxious tree-hugging hippie propaganda, and even the action scenes were dull and uninspired. At least the Star Wars prequels had some decent lightsaber fights. Who cares if Avatar's CGI was pretty-pretty?

Also, the entire damned film is subtitled in Papyrus.

The Star Wars prequels were set up to be famous. They were pre-set up to be some of the greatest movies ever and yet someone **** out garbage and then wiped their ass with fan's tears. They were an abortion from start to finish.

The Star Wars prequels are amusing for how bad they were. Avatar is just pure boring that happens to have nice scenery.
