No, I really don't. It's enough to know that the population you are deriving your statistic from is NOT the population whose parameter you are trying to find, and that plausibly this population's parameter is very different. The first is obvious, and given that companies have little incentive to submit a game they know will be rejected, the second is too. Once that's established, we know that your claim is meaningless unless backed up with more rigorous evidence.
