To be clear, no one who worked for me quit. One guy was transferred to Montreal and the two co-op students I had went back to school.

My boss and my colleague quit. They left to join a start-up company, my boss being an exec and my colleague one of the principle developers. I was invited as well, but I'm moving to Calgary and not staying in Toronto.

I got promoted to my boss' old job, but I just don't want it. The corporate culture here is toxic. Hell, I'm not even putting the new job title on the resume (Senior Manager - Research & Development) for fear people would think I've become a manager.

They do want me, as I'm now the only guy who knows anything about a TON of stuff since my team abruptly quit. I'm indispensable for the next few months, and they know it. I was gonna walk with the rest of them but they gave me some incentive to stay for a couple months to transition things away.

Umm.. it looks yellow to me.

      Yellow:
      Green (bluish green):
Different shade of green (very deep green):
      Slightly darker Yellow:

Calgary has nothing but drunken gay redneck cowboys. And it's phallic symbol is a lot smaller than Toronto's.

It might not be a darker yellow actually. Might be the same shade as the just one of those optical illusion things where it looks a little different/darker because there's more going on in the than the

Okay, here's where you're right. But let me tell you why it's awesome.

"drunken" -- awesome for obvious reasons. No inhibitions.

"gay redneck cowboys" -- gays in denial are the best lays. They deny themselves this guilty pleasure most their lives, so when they go for it THEY GO ALL OUT. They frequently have self-hate issues which, as a result, mean they are submissive powerbottoms.

Calgary is a utopia for confident young gay men. I can seduce anyone and bed them that night. That right there is a fact.

In Toronto, everyone is a ****ing hipster. They pretend to be gay, set off my gaydar, and it turns out THEY ARE ONLY DOING IT TO BE STYLISH. I'm talking about the 20-something guys on QUEEN STREET that wear pants so tight you can tell if they're jewish, but THEY ARE FRIGID AS ****. THIS IS A HORRIBLE CITY.

Toronto is famously compensating. I can say, for a fact, men in Calgary are better endowed. Fact.

                    Skinny leg jeans on guys

I don't know how they fit into them. I guess it's for scrawny little men who don't squat or sprint.

You haven't seen that trend yet?

                      Low-rise, ****ing tight-ass jeans. It's disgusting.

Gay cowboys aren't a plus for us straight types.

The lousy quality of the gay sex in TO ain't my problem.

(but yeah, hipsters need to be clubbed to death at the first available opportunity, they're almost as bad as cowboys)

                            Asher:

that trend is very old here in Philly. It's bizarre because black teenage hood guys in the ghetto have been wearing tight American Eagle, Hollister, A&F, etc. for the past few years now. Really bizarre but a lot of guys are too big for it so it's mostly teenagers and skinny guys.
