Food is unaffordable for poor people because poor people are poor.

The best way to make food affordable for them is to help them get less poor. This is not going to happen by encouraging them to use less productive and more intensive agriculture, you ****.

Why not? Organic brings a good price. There's something to be said for producing for the domestic market, but why can't some high dollar product be produced for export?
