I just thought of so many other things that airlines can charge fees on for their customers.
$15 for each time you use the bathroom on the airplane.
$20 if you wear clothes on the airplane (this will give customers a choice now, on whether or not to wear clothes; it's all about giving them choices)
$4 for each time you turn your overhead light on
$4 for each time you turn your overhead light back off
$10 for each time you speak with an airline steward/stewardess
$10 for having two feet (two feet take up more space in front of your seat on airplane, than one foot)
