You mofo, do realize the city have been long time deserted when Russian forces approached it? And that when they have encircled it they have provided safe corridors for the remaining civilians to quit the city and made an ultimatum to the terrorists inside, demanding their surrender. But as long as they have refused and absolute majority of the civilians have left the city it was a valid combat zone after that?
