Yes you should. In fact you should be fitted with a feeding tube and pumped full of veal.

Make sure to throw the name of your shop into the pie's name.

Am actually learning how to make vegan pies and am thinking about converting to that, well within reason. Been having trouble of late with the fact that we eat things that were once alive. Having trouble coming to grips with that.

Anyhooo thanks guys. will up load pictures tomorrow. Making a fresh batch.

I don't think I've ever eaten a pie that was made up of an ingredient that was once alive.
Apple pies, I've eaten. Cherry pie, eaten. Hamburger pie, not that I can remember.
And don't start talking about apples screaming as they fall or are taken from the tree. I'll have to slap you.

So when are you sending samples to your worthy online compatriots? Remember I helped make your avatar!

Actually yes I do remember and you guys can be the guine pigs. (spelling?) We want to be able to ship the pies and the thought is that I make them, not cook them, freeze them, ship them, then you can pop it in the oven an viola! Warm fresh pie straight from the oven. Also the thought is to make them then ship them cooked. My problem with that is that the crust is very light and flakey and will break during shipping....unless it's frozen but then you have the possible problem of getting a soggy crust when it defrost.

Rah, I make little 4 inch mini pies so it's the equivilant of getting a whole slice of pie but in your own little whole pie. I sell them for $4.

So if some of you are willing to be my test audience and get both cooked and uncooked frozen and tell me which you think arrives better and comes out better then yeah! I'll be glad to do samples. But I need real answers like if the crust broke or it's soggy or you think the uncooked frozen is better then the cooked etc....

So who wants to be testers? Your choices are, Buttermilk (this is the one that worries me the most) White Chocolate Coconut Pecan, Fudge Brownie or Fudge Brownie with Peanut Butter Galze, Bumble Berry, Key Lime. Yeah that's it, those are the main ones. If I can ship those without any trouble then I'll know I can do all the others the same way.

I can only do it for four people because I'm sure the cost is going to be a factor especially for me right now. So the first four to sign up get them. Actually make it 5 cause Theben did do my avatar so he's an automatic. NO wait I suck at math, still four and Theben so 5 total but still 4 of you lot.

Good idea! I would be interested in Japher's opinion as he seems to be a cooker....not to say that you and Rah aren't as important oh great one

**phew that was a close one!**

ok, so that takes up 1 space, ya'lls box will just have to be a bit larger then the others. 3 more spaces to go. I would like to see how they ship out of the U.S. so someone not in America would be good.

My opinion IS the only one that matters.

I start my journey to Fresno (from Cincinnati) tomorrow morning with my dog. Unfortunately, San Antonio is a little out of my way.

There probably is a market for Vegan pies out there. Eggless and lardless would be tough. Not to mention gelatin-less... good luck with that. I say you go the other extreme and make a bacon pie!

It's funny because in the UK pie normally refers to a savoury thing, we'd be more likely to say tart for a sweet pie.

                            Meat Pie ftw.

We don't need full conversion, 1 vegan pie and 1 bacon pie to balance the karma would be fine.
