Everyone likes animals, the question is just if you rather like to see them alive or cooked

How long does it take for social darwinists to die?

Francis Galton lived like 88 years or something.

        Herbert Spencer around 83.

Tomas Malthus less than 68. But we need to take into account that he lived most his life in the 18th century.

Darwin despite attempts by to tidy him up if you actually read his work & letters was very unPC and most definetly a someone a modern American Liberal would call racist and social Darwinist. 73 years.

The sample is too small to deduce much but a definite pattern towards baldness is noticeable.
Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila

Why are the stupidest people social darwinists?
"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable.."

By adaptable, he was speaking at the habitat or ecosystem level. At the species level, it is luck. I can understand missing the transition between sentences.

                Just remember: Random Mutations

That should prevent tragic misunderstandings of Darwin. It's not like a species says "hey we're adaptable, let's grow gills"; that's not how it works m'kay?

Resilience, adaptability and evolution exist in a quantifable way only at the habitat or ecosystem level.

                Class dismissed.

Well technically the adaptability quote could also mean that there is a trade off between being a generalist vs. specialist species.

Then we wouldn't have specialists, as the quote says "one" survives.

What about people who have had pets, do not now and think only social rejects keep them? Speaking of social rejects, it's no wonder that pets are popular on the internet.
