We have a Graco Pack & Play, if that's what you mean (though I don't think the pattern on the blanket is connected to the P&P). I googled that and found some recall/warning stuff from 2003. We bought ours in January of this year, and it does not have the changing table feature that apparently was the problem.

    Thanks, though.

A couple of you have inquired how my kid is doing these days. Here's a pic from last summer at the zoo

Heh... I've already said she has the intelligence of a teenager at the age of 3. FE, she has already mastered the skill of rolling her eyes and saying, "whatever," when I tell her something.

On top of that, about a month ago I refused to let her do something, she got mad and told me I'm "ruining her life".

                  thread self-necromancy!

My daughter had her heart surgery at the end of May and is doing well!

She got my wife's veins, a very hard stick. They had to put an IV in her scalp for post-op meds.

She was on O2 for a while, her canula seen here as she celebrates making 10 lbs.

She still feeds mainly through NG tube as seen here with our min schnauzer Heide.

The July 4 picnic was tube-free, but not because she doesn't need it. She pulls the tube out and cries because pulling the tape hurts, and then we have to put it in again for the next feeding.

To all-- cute kids. Congrats on your relatively new little poop factories (Mine are 7 and 3 and one of my happiest days was when we discarded the diapers for good

I cannot even begin to imagine what you went through. Our son had his ruptured appendix out while we were on vacation back in April. Thats a routine surgery on a 7 year old but we were still in a frenzy until he was better. Best wishes for healthier times ahead

She was at Kaiser Oakland pediatrics ICU for over a week with a pulmonary infection and miscellaneous problems and stayed at the pediatrics ward floor until ready for transfer. UCSF pediatric cardiac center did the surgery and everyone was excellent.
