Haiti are aready doomed by god, so why not let it be a part of US now you are there ?With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

If the Americans want to we should probably just let them run the country top to bottom for 20 years like last time.
Build some roads and some budget 'luxury' resorts to get the economy going, perhaps a new Guantanamo Bay to put prisoners in the War on Islam, and a quake-proof presidential palace, that sorta thing.
