I wouldn't eat a pizza from any of those places. It's a shame that many people in America actually consider some of those real pizza.

Well, I wouldn't consider even eating pizza, myself. I eat only caviar served on beds of satin. Peasant.

Of the ones mentioned, I'd definitely go Boli's. For Fox's, I only go for the wedgies so they don't really count, I guess. My place is only good for the Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

What it's considered is fast food pizza that delivers and is widely available.
I, for one, didn't say that any of them were my favorite. So put that in your Santa hat and smoke it.

Papa John's puts way to much sugar in their doe other wise I'd have voted for them. Just try the pizza cold and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I haven't have Little Caesars since I was a little tyke playing NES. I remember liking it, but little kids have no taste in anything, least of all pizza.

When I was 14 or so we used to get Little Caesars buy one get one free pizzas for our AD&D games. I remember the pizza being pretty bad but dirt cheap.

BTW these are my current top pizza places.

Pizzeria Bruno Napoletano makes great Neapolitan style pizza with an Italian chief trained at Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN, an Italian cooking school officially started to preserve authentic Neapolitan pizza) and they use mostly imported ingredients or locally grown transplants (such as Italian specialty tomatoes). They use a wood fired brick oven made in Italy and I especially love their bufalina.

In 2004, Pizzeria Luigi first opened its doors in the wonderful community of Golden Hill – overlooking Downtown San Diego. Since that time, we have been serving award-winning New York-styl...

For New York style thin crispy crust and a nice spicy sauce.

The best Chicago-style pizza in San Diego according to our customers! Over 2,000 Yelp reviews that prove it! Open for takeout or delivery. Order online today! Full Italian menu!

                  For Chicago style stuffed pizza.

Best Pizza Restaurants San Diego? Woodstock's Pizza is THE SDSU hub. Unique pizza, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and beer options + catering

Because the Woodstock's pizza was the stand by for my friends and I in college so I still have them when college friends visit here or I go up to Santa Barbara.

Best chain for California style pizza. Sure, there are better nonchain versions but this one is close and delivers.

pizza express is decent for chain pizza.

                    most are ****.
american pizza is very different from italian. not good compared generally.
they claim it's cultural or style. truth is they don't have a clue.

go on holiday to Italy and have a pizza and you realise how **** most american pizza is.

edit. new york ain't bad at it's best. chicago style is **** and totally different from what pizza is.

There is a Pizza Express by my house but I've never bothered to go there since they don't deliver. They're only about a half mile away but when I get off work I'm lazy.

Pizza, what a silly thing to be elitist about.

meh. come nuclear winter, the dung beetles will still be saying which turd tastes better.
if you had ever had great pizza, you wouldn't find it elitist pointing out how bad a lot of it is. it's cheap and awesome when done well.

I have been to Italy. I've had pizza there. American pizza is better.
