95% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, you fun-hating loser.

Just take the ridiculous story how Spock gets to the Ice Planet. Sure, nothing's more common than throw out your colleague out from a Starhip after a dispute, in a small capsule headed towards a hostile planet with basically no chance of survival. I'd charge Kirk for attempted murder! Oh yes, and then of course you accidentally meat your alter ego from the future there.

You clearly haven't even watched the movie.

I think you can list people as NG, TOS, or DS9 fans... unfortunately currently it seems that the NG and DS9 fans are ganging up on the TOS fans.

At least I will still have Wrath of Khan if TOS dies.

I think DS9 and TOS are fundamentally different shows and have to be enjoyed in different ways, but both are good. I'll be gunning for Insurrection and the Animated Series next.
