By default if a woman seems too good to be true I assume the catch is either an STD or some serius psych issues. A dead girl is probably not going to drag you into her crazy world (even thou her brain is a mess by now) but the maggots inside her may pose a bit of a yuck factor, also diseases you can get from handling a corpse aren't fun.
