If that's true we had beau coup terrorist attacks on America during Bush's term, because we would have to include every terrorist attack on an American in Iraq to be a terrorist attack on America.

He didn't attack civilians. The fact that he was not an official member of AQ or the Taliban is, to my mind, irrelevant. He perceived the U.S. Army as an enemy and acted on that perception. Killing enemy soldiers when they aren't expecting it isn't terrorism; if it were, Predators would make the U.S. the biggest and most successful terrorists on earth.

Now, why do people hate Fox News so much? I saw it for the first time last night at work (normally we have CNN on, but the manager on duty is a psycho-con), and it was fine entertainment. They had a guy who said he had a series of e-mails proving global warming is a hoax, and then some half-cocked nutter named Beck came on and explained over the course of an hour how the decline of the dollar will inevitably lead to a One-World Government and subsequently to a New World Order. He had this chalkboard graphic that was very convincing: a sort of teacup with "taxpayer $$$" raining into it, while a spout on the side leaked it all out in the form of "foodstamps" and two other things that I couldn't decipher. Also, a photo of Chairman Mao was pasted under the teacup-thing for reasons I do not know but which were undoubtedly excellent.
