I bet that on your current medication regime that sounds just right, doesn't it?

    Molly Hatchet

I didn't care for The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, and that was Syd's only influence.
He went places that I just couldn't follow.
weird, aint it. The song Pink Floyd devoted to Syd was far better than anything they did with him.

and Comfortably Numb from In the Flesh, Roger Waters

the dueling guitars of Snowy White and Doyle Bramhall III (he's the lefty)

I dont think I've been singing the Moody Blues of late, so here's a few

I love that song, its gotta a good beat goin with lyrics that keep up. Kinda sad I suppose, but that is reality.

Now for a lesser known MB, the guitar work is worth the listen (dont say that much for MB, they aint really known for guitars).

    yeah, thats some good sh*t

damn, cant find the studio version of the voice

so, my wildest dreams will have to do

Here's the MB homage to the LSD culture

And the one word that I think defines us

uh oh, startin to feel spiritual - I feel some Pink Floyd coming on. Christ rose today? Here we go, the kingdom of heaven is in your heart!

    your welcome

Now for 3 from one of the best singers in R&R (wear headphones damnit)

and if the cover doesn't give it away, this is one of those quintessential "Road" songs, a big hit with the Biker culture and you'll see why.

    Jim Steinman

And now for a Meatloaf classic

A cookie for who identifies the baseball announcer in this one

I keep getting confused about the female vocalist, is it Ellen Foley ( of Night Court fame) or someone else?

"So now I'm prayin for the end of time"

    The AAZHole Song

    sorry, couldn't resist

Btw, why did you keep calling this your thread? Mike told me I could start a thread and post to my heart's content, but that would mean Slowwhand has the authority to complain about posting in his thread, not you. Nobody was spamming your thread, it aint even your thread.
