With the exception of the very end, it was too predictable.

Breaking Bad is my new favorite show.

House w/o the drugs doesn't do it for me.

It has it moments, and has been renewed for another season.

              I was referencing the ending.

Although in retrospect, there's plenty of opportunity for it to be fobbed off as a dream or delusion, with House unconscious under the rubble... (Truth be told, I always thought House's perfect mate would be Wilson.)

Sure the ending was somewhat surprising but I question the 40 minutes I had to sit through to get to it. Everything else about that episode was terribly obvious.

Looking to be more Cuddy-centered. Asher will be pleased.

How did this turn out? I watched on a less than good screen so I couldn't tell...

                      • It looked really good. It looked slightly different, especially the indoor scenes, but it was fine.

                        • It looked fine on digital cable. (I'm not on HD.) The accident site stuff was gritty, but not grainy in terms of quality; that was obviously the look they were going for. I wasn't watching with this in mind, and nothing in the show made me think, 'oh yeah, they're not shooting on real cameras.' So I would call it a success.

                          • The final scene was TERRIBLE.

The rest of the episode was actually much better than I thought; but Cuddy going to House was ****ing stupid.

                            • I liked it. The more I think about it, the more sure I am that this will be in the "never happened" category -- just stirring the pot with potential story arcs for next season. So why not?

                              • While I thought not last night, after a few hours to let it sit, I'm more inclined to go along with JR. He took the pills and hallucinated Cuddy. But this way they get to read the fan feedback and decide what will please the most viewers for next season.
