Japher! You are my hero, the second one please. See the picture I have of my mom she has that almost exact same hair do and I have red hair so while I'm honoring her in the name with Betty Lou's Pie Wagon ( bought a trailer to refinish to sell pies out of) I wanted the picture to be as close to her picture and something of me so that works. I just wanted her clothes to be pink, hot pink to be exact, if not just pink. Apron some type of purple or mauve.

There was another picture the first one on the first row of that page a drawing of a 50's woman with an apron holding a pie. I liked that one also but wanted to change the color or at least add some to it.

If you are worried about copyright infringement I would suggest scrounging up $90 and posting a logo contest at a site like Hatchwise

They could also help with your letterhead and stuff like that. I like purusing those sites.

Japher, thanks for the Hatchwise link. That is an awesome idea. So if I understand the contest correctly, I basically put up the money and they do all the design work even for the website thingy and I get to use it?

ok, so I'm asking for photoshop help. I want to take the picture of the chef chick in blue the 40's pin up looking one change her clothes to pink, remove her bra strap showing, wanted to see if we could put Betty Lou's on her hat in hot pink, may have to shorten the poof in the front. Or wanted to see if we could take the picture of my mom and put her face instead of the drawing or if mom's face could be anitmated but still her face. Make sense? I also wanted to see if we could make the pie like a lattice work cherry pie so you could really see it and change the apron to one that goes over the shoulders like the black and white image japher found. Apron going over the shoulders.

Got the trailer registered and starting the buildout this weekend. This picture is going to be my logo and hopefully get painted onto the trailer so it will be seen all over Austin. And if we change the picture enough can we take out the person signature? Or is that not right? I have to work a 24 hour shift today but will check back tomorrow. This may be to much work or to hard and just can't be done. I don't know, but that's why I'm asking for help. Thanks.

Like Che said, don't do it. The picture is beautiful enough on it's own, it doesn't need a photoshopped body. And I'm not even talking about animating it

I agree with Hueij. Take the bust (not that one!), and just put that up. Stick a baked pie under her smiling face, and you're done.
