Stupid question

Ok, so the business is about to take off in about......6 to 8 weeks. Depending on how long it takes to finish the build out. This is what I was wondering and yes, I'm sure it can be done but I don't know where to begin.

What I want to do is to take the picture that I have of my mom and animate it or something like that. The picture is croped from the chest up what I want is to use a drawing of her face and attach a drawing of a womans body dressed in 50's attaire with an apron on holding a pie. Is that something that is possible or would that be something I would have to hire someone to draw up?

Photoshop is your friend here.

I'm sure someone here could do it for you. Then once you have a "photograph", you can just ask someone to draw it. Google images will supply the body, and simply scan the photo, and a skilled 'shopper will make it seamless in a matter of seconds.

I'd offer to help, but I don't have Photoshop any more.

A simple image search for pie lady gives you some options, but you may prefer not to use Google's second hit, or indeed the sculpture with three legs....

found one that's almost perfect it actually looks like the picture of my mom but she has red hair which is me the only thing I would want to change is the color of her clothes. Is there a way to do that?

Good god, no. Only using dark magic can one change the color of the clothes.

Well Good Morning to you too Wiggy! Ok, so I get it you can change color of the clothes, however, doesn't that come into basically messing with someone else's design? And I would assume that photoshop is the only way to do something like this?

What's wrong with changing someone else's design? If anything, it'd make you less likely to be pie raped by the Google Image Copyright Department. And, as I said before, Photoshop can change the colors of clothes superficially, but you'll need a warlock to really get the job done to perfection.

so go to google images and type in lady with pie on the second row there is a red head chef 1940's pin up girl picture that I want to use but change the color of her clothes. So wouldn't someone own that picture who drew it?
