        It's not a soundtrack. It's a fan-made video made by one of the local "nazis" (Enclave, the ****ers who stormed the Broken Hills to eliminate the so-called "mutants" (anyone who isn't Enclave). Their attack have been repelled. Enclave are stiniking nazis of the 23rd century, so no wonder he chose that music for his video.

          What, no turned based combat?

            And how do you imagine a turned based combat with so many combantants involved? Such battle would last a month in TB mode.

            It uses the same combat system as in Fallout Tactics (for actions you use action points that regenerate over time). SPECIAL still works fine that way. Though you can switch to complete TB mode when you are fighting vs. NPC you encounter on the global map.

                  FTW = for the win

                  The Enclave was the last hope for true human beings.

                    Enclave was a bunch of crazy nazis. The local Enclave maintain the tradition of genocide. They are completely sick bastards.

                      How does Civ get played online?

                        I have no idea. Must be very boring.
                        Anyhow, there are only a few players in a Civ game (and it's a strategy game when you need some time to think your next move anyway) and there are hundreds of players in Fallout Online (and it's RPG, not a strategy game).

                        Would you love to wait for your next turn (that would take only a few seconds of your time) for several hours, while you have completely nothing to think about? You don't have to calculate industrial output of your city X or cultural impact of the city Y - you just need to pull the ****ing trigger to kill that son of a b!tch who is standing against you.

                        I am a hardcore TB fan, but the way how they did it there... I don't use TB mode anymore in the game, even when I have the possibility to do so.

                            This looks like Fallout DiabloWoW Style.

                              Trust me, it is not. Why don't you try it yourself?

                              The Third and last open beta test starts now. It will last till the release. During this test some short stops and upgrades will take place. Periodical wipes are also possible. We hope this will not prevent You from enjoying the game. Good luck in world of Fonline!

                              Package includes content for two games - FOnline: The Life After and Fonline:2238. Also do not forget to connect DAT files from original Fallout 2 (copy them to client's folder or select their location in configuration utility FOConfig.exe) and to copy music in folder client\data\sound\music.

                              By default the client is prepared to play on server FOnline: The Life After. To switch to FOnline: 2238 change in configuration utility Ip 94.103.87.42 port 2238 or start FOnline.exe/FonlineDx9.exe with param "-RemoteHost 94.103.87.42 -RemotePort 2238".

                              Client, manuals, links, servers status:

                              Switch to 2238 it is an English speaking community. On TLA you might have some language barrier problems and it is an extremly hardcore server. Start with 2238.
