Interstate commerce is an abused power - one where the feds have clearly overstepped and usurped state authority by defining virtually all activity as interstate commerce (e.g. Gonzales v. Raich). Well you brought up the immigration issue to make it look like KH was wobbling in his stance. We were just pointing out the essential difference.

Regulating immigration is a power that is reserved for Congress. As is commerce between the states. However, Congress does not have plenary authority to prohibit activities that are exclusive to a state like medical marijuana in California. That's why I brought up Gonsalez v. Raich. It's an example of the Federal government, in collusion with the Supreme Court, ignoring the Constitution and trampling the states.

With the KH and Lori back and forth I am assuming KH is trying to give validation for throwing so much ruthless flak at me? Arguing with me is easy, hell my family does it all the time, but ruthless slander, unjust name calling, and plain old disregard for personal opinion is just wrong KH.
